身份证是反映真实年龄的途径，应以身份证年龄为准，即应按照身份证年龄填写。但建议你有时间去变更一下工作档案的年龄，否则在实务中，申请工伤或者办理其他实务时，也会遇到阻碍。

2012年8月27号湖南株洲，我父亲开车进入地下车库时，由于刹车失灵撞向了停在过道上的一台车(当时在这台车并没有停在规定的，划有停车线的车位上。只是停在通行过道上)。事故发生后我通知我的保险公司，并对他的车辆送至4S店修理。现在修理完以后对方提出了需要赔偿车辆的折旧费。这是合理的吗？对方的车辆是一台广本雅阁，已经购买了2年多，行驶了20000公里左右。对方的车辆没有停入规定的停车位上，是不是也有一定的责任。现在他的车辆已经修理好。由于我没有购买商业保险只购买了交强险。所以支付了对方的修车费用是15559元，我们的协商中对方需要赔偿折旧费和交通费。

基于你这种情况，如果对方起诉主张车辆折旧费，通常法院会同意，建议你们双方协商给予一定的车辆折旧费。
